I have used WinReserve every year since 2002 to update the Woodbridge Village reserve study. Woodbridge Village is a master-planned community with over 9,600 homes encompassing 1,700 acres and featuring 41 recreational facilities including two landmark lakes spanned by wood footbridges, 24 tennis courts, 22 pool areas, 2 beach lagoons (with boat docks), multiple parks and much more.
The dynamic sorting parameters included in WinReserve enable us to sort component data by component type, location and responsible department which keeps our reserve study highly organized and as accurate as possible.
I started using WinReserve in 2007 as General Manager at a large-scale gated community with over 1,000 units.
